पेटा PETA

 पेटा (PETA ) या पशुओं के साथ नैतिक व्यवहार के पक्षधर लोग (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) एक पशु-अधिकार संगठन है। इसका मुख्यालय यूएसए के वर्जिनिया के नॉर्फोल्क (Norfolk) में स्थित है। विश्व भर में इसके लगभग २० लाख सदस्य हैं और यह अपने को विश्व का सबसे बड़ा पशु-अधिकार संगठन होने का दावा करता है। PETA का गठन 1980 में इनग्रिड न्यूकिर्क एवं एलेक्स पचेको द्वारा किया गया था।  इन्ग्रिड न्यूकिर्क (Ingrid Newkirk) इसके अन्तरराष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष हैं।

PETA or People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is an animal rights organization. It is headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. It has about two million members worldwide and claims to be the largest animal rights organization in the world. PETA was formed in 1980 by Ingrid Newkirk and Alex Pacheco. Ingrid Newkirk is its international president.

PETA उन चार क्षेत्रों पर अपना ध्यान केन्द्रित करती है जिसमें सर्वाधिक जानवरों को, लम्बे समय तक, सर्वाधिक पीड़ा का सामना करना पड़ता है। इन चार क्षेत्रों में खाद्य उद्योग, कपड़ा व्यापार, प्रयोगशालाएँ एवं मनोरंजन उद्योग सम्मिलित है। इसके अलावा PETA कई अन्य मुद्दों पर भी कार्य करता है जिसमें पक्षी, कृतंक अर्थात कुतरने वाले जानवर जैसे चुहा, गिलहरी आदि एवं पशुओं की कर हत्या शामिल है। तब भी जानवरों पर अत्याचार के मामले सामने आते है PETA के के लोग बढ़ चढ़कर बचाव कार्यों में हिस्सा लेते है। पीईटीए सार्वजनिक शिक्षा, क्रूरता जांच, अनुसंधान, पशु बचाव, कानुन, विशेष कार्यक्रमों एवं विरोध प्रदर्शनों के माध्यम से कार्य करती है। दुनिया की बहुत समस्याओं में एक महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा है पशुओं का शोषण जिसके उपाय के लिए कार्य करने वाली प्रमुख संस्था है PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) है। PETA ने अपने प्रारम्भिक वर्षों में ही अमेरिका सेना दवारा फायरिंग रेंज में कुत्तों को शूट करने की योजना को उजागर किया और बंद करवाया। इसके अलावा कई बूचड़खानों को बंद करवा लगभग 30000 घोड़ों को आजाद कराया।PETA ने 26000 से अधिक पशुओं को विदेशी पशु विक्रेता से बचाया। इसके अलावा कैन्सस में नीलसन फार्म में जानवरों पर होने वाले अत्याचार का विरोध कर उसे बद करवाया।

PETA focuses on four areas in which most animals suffer the most, over a long period of time. These four sectors include food industry, textile trade, laboratories and entertainment industry. Apart from this, PETA also works on a number of other issues including taxing of birds, animals such as munching animals such as mice, squirrels, etc. Even then there are cases of atrocities on animals. PETA's people take part in rescue operations. PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, law enforcement, special programs and protests. One important issue in many problems of the world is the exploitation of animals for which the main institution working for its remedy is PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). PETA uncovered and closed down plans to shoot dogs at the firing range by the US Army in its early years. In addition, the closure of many slaughterhouses freed around 30,000 horses. PETA rescued more than 26000 animals from foreign cattle sellers. In addition, Nielsen Farm in Kansas protested against the atrocities on animals and got them replaced.

पेटा इंडिया (PETA INDIA)

पेटा इंडिया के एसोसिएट डायरेक्टर सचिन बंगेरा है। इण्डिया में पेटा का मुख्यालय मुम्बई में स्थित है। जिसे जनवरी 2000 में शुरू किया गया था। इनका कार्य सभी को शिक्षित करना है कि जानवर हमारे प्रयोग करने, खाने, पहनने, मनोरंजन के लिए उपयोग करने, या किसी अन्य तरीके से दुरुपयोग करने के लिए नहीं हैं साथ ही जानवरों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करने और सभी जानवरों के सम्मान की समझ को बढ़ावा देना भी है।

The Associate Director of PETA India is Sachin Bangera. PETA headquarters in India is located in Mumbai. Which was launched in January 2000. Their task is to educate everyone that animals are not for us to use, eat, wear, use for recreation, or in any other way, as well as to promote an understanding of animals being abused and respect for all animals We have to give.

PETA India mainly focuses on those sectors with the highest number of victims in the animal feed industry, in the leather trade and in the entertainment business. The PETA India investigation, public education efforts, research, animal rescue, legislative work, special events, celebrity involvement, and national media coverage have led to countless improvements in the quality of life for animals and rescued countless animals.
